This ergonomical clinical thermometer has a special length and therefore enables a precise measurement. The conical shape avoids a  "gliding through" and because of the generous ring at the end the thermometer can safely and easily kept hold of.  An extra loud acoustic signal shows the end of the extreme short measurement duration of 20-22 seconds. The thermometer disposes of a high measurement accuracy and a practical memory function always shows the last measurement result when activated again. Qucksilver and breakable glas was not used and the enclosure is easy to be cleaned.
