Delivery Charges
From an order value of over 500,- € upwards we deliver free of charge within Germany. Within the European Community (EU) we deliver free of charge from an order value of  750,- € upwards. Delivery free of charge to all other countries applies from an order value of 1000,- € upward.

• You order on conditions of a complete delivery – partial deliveries can cause costs if single consignments are necessary.

Should you use the option of „cash on delivery“ additional „Cash on delivery“ fees in the amount of € 4,- (EU € 8,-, all other countries € 15,-) are charged.

In the case of partial consignments delivery fees are only charged once. In the case of orders which exceed the minimum order value for a free of charge delivery, which however is explicitly ordered to be delivered separately, the regular delivery fees are charged only once.

Customs
In the customs forms for parcels to countries out of the EU the value of the articles of the delivery is listed according to product type.
Customs or import fees will be charged as soon as the parcel reaches the country. Fees for the release from customs have to be payed by you. We have no influence on such fees and cannot forecast the amount. Customs regulations greatly vary from one country to another. If you wish to obtain more information, please contact your local custom-house.

Right of Return
You as the customer in the sense of §13BGB are not bound to your order, if you return the delivered goods within a period of two weeks time at our company's risk and at our expense. Return to:

If the goods can not be parceled, a written withdrawel statement will do. We will bear the expenses for the return consignment.

If you return damaged or worn goods the legal admissible amount will be deducted. You can avoid that if you solely inspect the goods in a manner you would do in a retail shop and if  you return the goods without any signs of usage in their original packing.
